We want what’s best for all involved – you, the Surrogates, and the Egg Donors. This isn’t a simple business transaction. Every journey is unique. Every individual is different.

The Following Is What We Look For In Our IP's:

  • You’re ready to jump in with your whole heart - you bring your honest, authentic self freely to the process.
  • You’re financially prepared to commit to all of the expenses that incur in the process.
  • You accept that there’s no guarantee. Mother nature is her own boss - we can only hope she blesses us!
  • You’re able to communicate in English - at least conversationally.
  • You’re unhindered by criminal history and willing to undergo a background check if requested.
  • You’re coming in with the mindset of positivity, care and gratitude for your #TeamBaby. You must be an active participant in this journey.

We’re committed to working closely with you during the process – which means we look for Intended Parents who are just as passionate and engaged as we are.

Our Surrogates and Egg Donors are integral to all we do. Compassion and utmost respect for all involved is vital.

We will want to book a visit in our online meeting room. We book some time in advance so we can spend 90+ minutes on each call.

Getting to know you is crucial, as is introducing our team and laying out the entire process, timeline, and expenses for you.

This consultation also sets out the foundation for building your perfect team.

3 Steps to Our Process

Step 1.

Getting Acquainted

  • We want to get to know you - who you are is critically important to your success as Intended Parents.

  • We want to make sure that you understand who we are, and our priorities in the process.

  • We want to make sure that you have a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding in preparation for the journey.

  • We want to make sure that we’re the best fit to help you. The most important focus is to build a team of love and intention around your baby to be.

  • We want to make sure you’re emotionally and financially ready in all aspects. For example:
    • Are you ready to trust everyone who’s a part of this process?
    • Prepared to throw your energy and love into #teambaby?
    • Are you financially prepared for the road ahead?

Team Build

We work together and build the team you need for this journey. If you already have some pieces in place, we will work forward from there.

As we plan, understand that our loyalty is to you, our intended Parents. We do have productive routines and positive relationships with many clinics, doctors and lawyers. Our recommendations are made based on years of experience - we want to see you working with the professionals that best fit your personality and needs.

Another team member you may need is an Egg Donor. We know how important it is that she be just right. We come to Egg Donation with a unique perspective, and always strive to treat everyone in the process with the utmost respect. We don't present Donors in a database for this reason.

Donors are giving a tremendous gift, the process is difficult and very few women can actually donate. Qualifications are tight. This is important to understand as we look for the right Donor for you. When it comes to Egg Donors, we help you and want to find someone who makes your heart sing, while always respecting her right to choose the Intended Parents she wishes to help.

No TeamBaby will be complete without the lady who will help your baby grow. If you will need a Surrogate, finding the right lady can take some time, and the truth is that Intended Parents waiting will always outnumber Surrogates available.

A positive relationship between you and your surrogate is absolutely necessary. You and she are choosing to be on the same team, which means that fit is critically important. Some pieces are logical and some are emotional. We want to contribute in a way that honours both and ensures that you and your Surrogate can be a strong team..

Seeing it all Come Together !

The ANU team will use our experience to support and guide everyone through the steps that will lead from today to you meeting your precious little one.

In an ideal world, we want to see you holding your baby 18 months from now. That accounts for 9 months of preparation, and 9 months of pregnancy. Each family and situation is unique, so we can’t specify how long your journey will take.

But no matter the length, we promise you it’s worth it.
